-Be safe. Use proper techniques when lifting things, using your legs to push upwards. Ask for help if something is too heavy to move alone.
-Flexibility is key, things are fluid and tasks may change each week. We are here to help, please ask if you are unsure of your task.
-Kindness is also key, please be kind and respectful to fellow volunteers, clients, or community members while volunteering.
-You are responsible for your personal items, we suggest locking them in your car. There are lockers to use at the food bank if you would like, you need to provide your own lock.
